Our 9 Step Process of Carpet Cleaning
STEP 1: PRE- INSPECTION
Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet and upholstery. We will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.
STEP 2: COMMERCIAL PRE-VACCUM
Dry soil is removed by thoroughly commercial power vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most vitally crucial steps in any cleaning process.
STEP 3: FURNITURE REMOVAL

STEP 4: PRE-SPRAY
A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
STEP 5: BRUSH CLEANING
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase the chances of removal.
STEP 6: SOIL EXTRACTION & RINSE
Another aspect that sets us apart! This is an extremely important stuff that most companies do not use or offer nor does their equipment perform to the standard. We will groom your carpet with a high-powered counter-rotating brush machine that works in a pre-spray, then lift the carpet fibers throughout your traffic lines, and loosen the soil for the most.
STEP 7: DEODORIZER
Our deodorizer is an action product at tax orders. It will leave a fresh clean scent.
STEP 8: POST SPOT/STAIN TREATMENT
Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment from our specialty spotting solutions. When applying treatments, the technician will groom and with a carpet brush to evenly spread treatment for maximum effectiveness. For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, please consider having a professional carpet protector applied to your carpet by our technician. These really do extend the life of your carpet and many manufacturers require this if there was a protector from the original.
STEP 9: POST CLEANING INSPECTION
Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the job. Airflow will be checked again and temperatures will be discussed/set to be at an optimal 69 to 72° for proper drying.
